Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and provide direction to Digital Marketing team to achieve goals together.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and direction to the Digital Marketing team
- Define the objectives and individual KPI to be delivered by the Marketing team
- Work with the Marketing Director to define the brand strategy, including positioning strategy, multi-geo strategy, computer analytics and geographical expansion
- Represent the brands in all interactions with the Digital Marketing function and ensure brand consistency across different GEOs and marketing channels
- Pursue, establish and manage relationships with 3rd party marketing partners
- Provide the link between Digital Marketing and Product Development - prioritising external and internal marketing tools and feature development
- Project manage key product initiatives, including new game launches and product features
Skills & Experiences
- Min 5 years of strategic digital marketing management role in the iGaming industry
- Excellent English and Mandarin skills, project management, reporting and analytical skills
- Experience leading teams
- Strong brand building and management experience
- Understanding of digital acquisition, retention, affiliates, SEO, content, UX, SoMe, PR
- Strong understanding of ads metrics (CPI, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROI, LTV)
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and successfully launch new products in an agile environment
- Experienced in targeted and performance-driven digital marketing in a fast-growing business
- Technical understanding of HTML/5, JavaScript and tracking technologies
- Strong project management, excellent communication and problem solving skills
