Job Description

To process all the online orders that come in day to day

Key Responsibilities

  • Process orders in a timely manner and work closely with internal sales.
  • Prompt preparation of delivery documentations and invoices.
  • Manage e-documents and department work instructions in an organized manner.
  • Actively engage in departmental discussions and activities.
  • Conduct training for any new staff and render any support to them.
  • Work as a team within Operations department and collaborate with all other departments towards company goals and objectives.
  • Perform accurate data entry task.
  • Support customers with order confirmations.
  • Any Ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned as and when required

Skills & Experiences

  • Demonstrate efficiency and accuracy in executing daily operations process to provide high service level
  • Experience as Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent will be advantageous
  • Highly organized, Meticulous, good in managing tight timelines
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
