Job Description

Setup store from scratch, find ideal place to open store, Manage and plan with top management for this project to open an outlet Managing the budget for each retail location, including costs associated with rent, labor, advertising, insurance, and supplies Setup team Good communication skills Maintaining the appearance of the store by monitoring the condition of the store environment, merchandise, and employees’ uniforms and appearance Training new employees to ensure proper performance in their jobs Reviewing financial reports to identify opportunities for increasing revenue or cutting costs Ensuring that all company procedures are followed to ensure employee safety and customer satisfaction Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that they do not drop below required amounts Overseeing the hiring, training, scheduling, and disciplining of staff members Ensuring that all store operations adhere to local laws and regulations such as those pertaining to fire codes, health codes, and labor laws Developing promotional strategies to increase sales and grow customer loyalty

Skills & Experiences

  • Bachelors degree in business and HR related field
  • Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least having 5 years experience on related field, experienced in Home Appliances companies
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good attitude, responsible and discipline
  • Willing to travel if necessary.
